Mark Lorberbaum

Mark Lorberbaum served as Regional Vice President of Mohawk Industries (NYSE MHK) from 1983 – 2006.

While at Mohawk, Mark and his Florida team developed and created the Ceramic division for Mohawk including international procurement, product design, and all aspects of marketing the product to consumers. What began as a marketing test resulted in Mohawk becoming the largest ceramic tile manufacturer in the world today.

Following his tenure at Mohawk, Mark met Dr. Steven Goldberg and invested in his idea of using vibration as a method to alleviate the pain of the needle during dental injections.

Today, Mark is working with medical device engineers and digital marketing companies to make DentalVibe® and DigiVibe® household names. The DigiVibe is a device that eliminates the pain of finger pricks diabetics endure several times each day while checking their blood glucose level.

Brian Czerwinski

Brian Czerwinski is a finance, investment, and tax professional who has worked with ultra-high net worth families and their businesses for the past two decades.

Years of business experience across many industries, along with his own successful entrepreneurial endeavors, allow Brian to perform as a CFO for single- or multi-state groups and small businesses.

He has contributed successfully to his own and other’s businesses by focusing on business operations, business strategy, risk mitigation, and financial and tax strategies resulting in the growth of business valuations and in turn the business owner’s personal wealth.

He is passionate about helping small businesses grow and become profitable large businesses.

Brian serves as CFO for DentalVibe® in addition to working extensively with high net worth families with collective assets totaling in excess of $3 billion. He serves and has served as CFO for several small businesses in diverse industries.

Brian is a Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program, holds a Series 65 license, and is a participant in the AICPA Family Office Group.


Anthony Bird

Anthony Bird has worked for more than 25 years with high net worth individuals and owners of closely held businesses.

He has worked with families listed in the Forbes 400 list as well as start-up entrepreneurs. He has worked alongside many of the most revered legal, tax, and financial advisors in the country.

He has also been an owner-operator of a closely held family business that sold for a considerable profit enabling him the opportunity to put his own advice to work and enjoy the profitable results that good planning and dedicated execution produce.

Whether working with affluent patriarchs on estate planning and asset protection or with closely held businesses on business strategy, risk management and financial controls, the objectives have always been the same – reduce taxes and financial risks his clients face while increasing their financial worth.

Anthony is a strategic contributor to DentalVibe® and collaborator with the CEO in optimizing company results. Anthony is CPA licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and makes his home in Southlake, Texas. He is also a member of the AICPA Family Office Group.



Vito Verzura

Vice President Sales & Business Development, Bing Innovations, LLC | DentalVibe, LLC | LLC


Vito Verzura, a native of Italy, has been with Bing Innovations and DentalVibe for more than 10 years, and currently serves as VP of Sales & Business Development. 

After graduating from Napoli University in 1965,
Verzura moved to the United States and served as the CEO of a marble quarry, located in Alabama, for the next 13 years.

Additionally, he founded and operated a chain of two Italian restaurants in the 1980’s and a successful real estate broker for the past 20 years.
